I am having license problems with my cluster even after adding my license. What could be wrong?

An AppGate cluster requires two different licenses. One cluster license, and one (or more) licenses specifying how many users are allowed on the server. Please make sure that you have added them both. Also, please make sure that all machines in the cluster have received a version of both licenses by running "licadmin -l" on the machines.

Please note that the cluster license must be added to the cluster before one hour has expired since the first machine in the cluster was started. If you need to add a cluster license after one hour has expired, please restart all machines in the cluster and install the license within one hour.
