Qualified Support is provided for evaluation testing only using the following associated software:

Please take VERY careful note of the deprecation and upgrade information in the Release Notes. If you are upgrading from a version prior to 5.1.2 please use this executable to check your system before attempting an upgrade.

Client Software Downloads
It is possible to push this new update out to desktops using Client Auto-Update.
FOR WINDOWS:
The Windows Client is available as Lite which has its own Lite Client installer and can also be provisioned from the Client launch page. Full, Headless, Always-on, Multi-user and SSO/PLAP all use the Full Client installer with install-time options. The installers require PowerShell.
NOTE: Servers require the use of Headless or Multi-user Clients.
Windows Full Client v5.3.3
Windows Lite Client v5.3.3
Full Support is provided for only the following Associated software versions with .NET 4.5 or newer:
- Windows 10
- Server 2016 or newer
Qualified Support is provided for the following associated software versions with .NET 4.5 or newer:
- Windows 7 SP1
- Windows 8.1
- Server 2012R2
These all require to be fully updated with the latest patches.
FOR MAC OS:
The macOS Client is only available as the Full type.
Full Support is provided for only the following Associated software versions:
- macOS 10.13.6 through to 10.16.x and 11.0
Qualified support is provided for the following associated software versions:
- macOS 11 on Apple M1 hardware.
This has been partially tested and appears to work (but may not be fully functional).
Full support is coming in 2021 when all the 3rd party libraries used in the Client become available for the M1 hardware.
FOR LINUX:
The Linux Client is available as Full and Headless types. There are separate installers for these two options. See the admin guide for details.

Mobile App Downloads
Mobile apps for the Client can be found in the respective app stores. These may differ from the Desktop version numbers.
Please refer to the manual for specific details of how to configure the system for these Clients.
FOR IOS
The iOS client is available from the Apple App Store.

FOR ANDROID
The Android client is available from Google Play.
