Appgate Hosted Service Addendum for Managed Service Providers

The table immediately below describes how the components of the various terms and conditions will work together.

	GOVERNS	EFFECTIVE DATE	MSP	APPGATE
MASTER AGREEMENT	All Products and Services purchased by MSP and its Affiliates from time to time. There is only one Master Agreement per MSP	Effective Date of the first Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form for the purchase of any Product or Service. SCHEDULE OR SERVICE SCHEDULE	The specific Products and Services purchased by MSP and its Affiliates from time to time and covered by such Schedule or Service Schedule.	Effective Date of the first Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form for the purchase of any Product or Service covered by such Schedule or Service Schedule.	The “MSP” entity that is party to the first Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form for the purchase of any Product or Service covered by such Schedule or Service Schedule. SERVICE ORDER, STATEMENT OF WORK OR ORDER FORM	The specific Products and Services purchased by MSP under such Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form.	Unless otherwise set forth in such Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form, date of last execution of such Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form.	The “MSP” entity that is party to such Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form.	The “Appgate” entity that is party to such Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form.
