Customer may have multiple Schedules or Service Schedules, each covering a different Product and Service category. | Effective Date of the first Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form for the purchase of any Product or Service covered by such Schedule or Service Schedule. | The “Customer” entity that is party to the first Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form for the purchase of any Product or Service covered by such Schedule or Service Schedule. | Appgate Cybersecurity, Inc. |
