There is only one Schedule or Service Schedule per End User for each Product or Service category purchased (e.g., licensed software, SaaS service, etc.). End User may have multiple Schedules or Service Schedules, each covering a different Product and Service category. | Effective Date of the first order for the purchase of any Product or Service from Reseller covered by such Schedule or Service Schedule. | The “End User” entity that is party to the first order for the purchase of any Product or Service from Reseller covered by such Schedule or Service Schedule. |
