The table immediately below describes how the components of the various terms and conditions will work together.

Effective Date of the first Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form for the purchase of any Product or Service for resale to an end user.	The “Reseller” entity that is party to the first Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form for the purchase of any Product or Service for resale to an end user.	Appgate Cybersecurity, Inc.
SERVICE ORDER, STATEMENT OF WORK OR ORDER FORM	The specific Products and Services purchased by Reseller for resale to an end user under such Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form.	Unless otherwise set forth in such Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form, date of last execution of such Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form.	The “Reseller” entity that is party to such Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form.	The “Appgate” entity that is party to such Service Order, Statement of Work or Order Form.
