Appgate Expands MSP Program to Latin America

MSPs can offer industry-leading Zero Trust Network Access to improve customer security and reduce operational complexity

MIAMI (March 19, 2024) -- Appgate, a secure access company, today announced the launch of its Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program in Latin America. The program enables MSPs to enhance their managed security portfolios with industry-leading Appgate SDP Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) that can be tailored to meet complex cybersecurity challenges.

The Appgate MSP Program creates a path to greater profitability for MSPs by empowering them to help their customers improve network security and reduce operational complexity. The program offers comprehensive technical training and enablement with 24/7 dedicated technical support. It also features usage-based pricing that allows partners to adapt easily to changing business needs without overcommitting their budgets.

Many MSPs provide essential IT and security services for organizations that do not have the in-house technical expertise or resources to effectively secure access for all users, devices and workloads located anywhere on any network. Appgate SDP is available to MSPs as a powerful ZTNA-as-a-service solution that can be deployed and managed at scale while delivering cutting-edge security for their customers.

"We are committed to providing MSPs with the tools and resources they need to meet today's cyber challenges. MSPs that join our program can differentiate themselves in a competitive market by offering an enterprise-class ZTNA solution to protect their customers’ networks and sensitive data, as well as their own," said Marcos Tabajara, Appgate’s MSP Program Director for Latin America.

Advantages for partners joining the Appgate MSP Program include:

  • Increased MSP profitability by creating new revenue-generating opportunities and by boosting customer share of wallet with an extensive suite of use cases
  • Quicker time to revenue with ZTNA delivered as a service
  • Increased customer retention with innovative integration-friendly technology to build cohesive security offerings
  • Intuitive Partner Portal with training and enablement resources
  • Global reach and support to help MSPs attain their goals

“As security custodians for their customers, managed service providers must constantly advance their defenses against escalating cyberthreats. We are proud to bring the Appgate MSP Program to regional managed service providers, enabling them to protect their internal environments and extend the enhanced security and seamless access control of universal ZTNA to their customers,” added David Lopez, Vice President of U.S./LATAM sales at Appgate.

About Appgate SDP

Appgate SDP is the industry’s most comprehensive universal Zero Trust Network Access solution. It can be configured to meet exacting security and compliance requirements regardless of network topology or complexity and is built on six core design tenets:

  • Cloaked infrastructure: A sophisticated form of single packet authorization (SPA) makes networks invisible with no open ports so hackers can't attack what they can’t see.
  • Attribute-based access control: Identity-centric security that adapts access based on user, device, application and contextual risk, building a multi-dimensional identity profile before access is granted.
  • Least privilege access: Builds just-in-time, session-based micro firewalls or perimeters using patented multi-tunneling technology to microsegment users, workloads, and resources and limit lateral movement inside the network.
  • Dynamic and continuous: Continuous is a core Zero Trust tenet, but operational benefits are realized with dynamic live entitlements that automatically modify access in near-real time based on context and risk, so security threats are automatically blocked.
  • Flexible and agile: Extensible, 100% API-first technology that enhances and integrates with technology stacks to build security directly into business processes and workflows.
  • Performant and scalable: Stateless and distributed architecture allows for nearly limitless horizontal scale and performance.
